Shrikar Kasturi helps lead the Mergers and Acquisitions team at Skyview and has over 20 years of experience in creating value through strategy formulation and execution. He leads the execution of new deals with a focus on technology, infrastructure software, cybersecurity, and business services sectors. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and provides strategic advisory to the firms existing portfolio companies with organic and inorganic growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Skyview in 2015, he held senior management roles at Nokia Siemens, Nortel Networks, JDSU and TCS where he led Business Development, Strategy and Mergers and Acquisitions functions with a focus on growth and expansion with new customers and markets. At Nokia Siemens, he was instrumental in the acquisition of Motorola Networks and establishing strategic partnerships with handset manufacturers. At Nortel Networks, where he served for more than 12 years, he led a variety of assignments including expansion of the wireless business unit across Asia Pacific, Europe, and Latin America regions.

Shrikar has an M.B.A and M.S. from University of Texas at Dallas. He also has a Master’s in Social Sciences and a B.S. in Mathematics from M.S. University in India. He is based in Dallas and married with two sons. His hobbies include playing tennis, hiking, and traveling.
