Darren Loos is a member of Skyview’s Executive and Investment Committees. 

Darren brings over 15 years of financial accounting experience, including both public and private accounting. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer for one of Skyview’s portfolio companies for the past 2 years and previously served as its corporate controller for an additional 2 years. Prior to joining Skyview in 2011, Darren worked in public accounting for more than a decade. He served as an Audit Senior Manager at Miller Cooper & Co., Ltd., across a diverse client base with a specialization in technology, manufacturing, service and distribution industries as well as focused on mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Darren worked in the Manufacturing Client Service Group at Deloitte & Touche, LLP.

Darren received a BS in accountancy from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. He holds a CPA license in the state of Illinois.
