Skyview Capital: Strategic Mergers and Acquisitions


Jeffrey H. White
Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Jeffrey White established and oversees all of Skyview's business development efforts and department of associates. He is responsible for driving growth through acquisitions, identifying and assessing all transaction opportunities within the M&A and business development team, to manage the initial through late stages of the transaction/acquisition process. His diverse background encompasses finance, debt finance, mergers & acquisitions, strategic consulting, sales & marketing, commercial banking, and management. He has held critical positions at many distinguished firms such as Merrill Lynch, Edward Jones, First Federal Bank of California, Invision Group, Inuum and Platinum Equity Holdings.

At Platinum, Mr. White was an integral part of the global multi-billion dollar business development/ mergers & acquisitions group. His responsibility was to interface with the executive management of global Fortune 500 companies and top tier investment banks to find and acquire synergistic opportunities for the Platinum portfolio. Mr. White also acted as Platinum's point person in building and maintaining relationships with the executive management and senior principals of Fortune 500 firms and senior principles of the worlds leading investment banks. His other duties included initiating and facilitating the ongoing acquisition transaction process for Platinum Equity.

Mr. White's experience as a VP commercial Banking officer at First Federal Bank allowed him to leverage his extensive business rolodex to help build the banks commercial presence in Southern California . His responsibility included structuring financing for middle market companies, performing extensive due diligence on business prospects, commercial real estate structuring/funding for the banks business clients and staying actively involved in business networking groups to increase the banks visibility in the marketplace and facilitate a stronger pipeline.

At Inuum, Mr. White was involved with the creation and implementation of Inuum's turnkey global e-learning business solution. As VP of Business Development, he was responsible for spearheading business development, IR/PR and financial marketing. He worked with senior management to approach and penetrate defined markets, establish long-term investor relationships and develop a pipeline of revenue generating business for the company.

As a corporate finance consultant in a privately held boutique investment bank , Mr. White worked directly with international and domestic corporations to finance companies in the $10 million to $100 million range. His responsibilities included: financial analysis and evaluation, development of a large international/domestic customer base, capital raising, initiating, negotiating and executing equity and debt financing . His prior work with restructuring troubled companies gives him a working knowledge that he utilizes at Skyview today.

Mr. White received his BA with a concentration in organizational business behavior from Southern Methodist University in Dallas Texas . He is also a NASD Registered Principal holding Series 7 & 63 Licenses.
