Associate, Business Development

Skyview Capital has immediate need for a Business Development Associate. Candidate must have 1-3 years of Sales & Finance experience. Candidate will be responsible for identifying M&A investment opportunities across multiple industry verticals and managing key relationships with leading multi-national corporations and Investment Banks. Candidate must have excellent verbal communication skills, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

Financial Analyst

Skyview Capital is looking for an experienced financial analyst who will be responsible for supporting management in their extensive due diligence process and continuing evaluation of its portfolio companies.  Responsibilities will include but not be limited to preparing in-depth financial and narrative summaries to be presented to the company's clients and lending institutions.  Recent senior or junior level experience in evaluating companies as part of a mergers and acquisition group is greatly desirable, with skill in sophisticated financial modeling using Excel a necessity.  The successful candidate must have excellent accounting and analytical skills, and must be able to clearly communicate the company's evaluations and proposed strategies to all constituents.  An MBA (with a concentration in finance) and or CPA highly preferred.
