Skyview Capital continuously works with investment bankers and intermediaries reviewing and analyzing investment opportunities that meet our investment objectives. Skyview is experienced with numerous transaction types, including divestitures, public-to-private transactions, management buy-outs, privately held companies, and recapitalizations. In conjunction with our partners, Skyview has access to over $150 million of equity. This capital base insures we have the financial resources to close transactions with minimal contingencies.

We provide straightforward feedback as we move through the acquisition process to ensure you know our position with respect to the opportunity. When these situations require flexible structures we are nimble enough to be able to work within various transaction parameters. Depending on management desires, Skyview will work with an existing team or provide additional operational assistance as required.
